What is this thing?

Well, first, it's kind of like a wiki, in that it's Hypertext, and the original wiki WikiWikiWeb, which had pages based on concepts, with hypertext linking between them, hearkening back to its predecessor, HyperCard. (This site, unlike many wikis, is not user-editable.)

This site is a hyperlinked concept map, representing my interconnected understanding of and opinions about all things AI (and AI-adjacent).

The companion Substack, Model Behaviors, is sort of a digest of new and edited pages from this site, along with some more essay-like material. Many of the outgoing links in the Substack posts point to pages/concepts on this site, and allows readers to dive deeper into topics of interest that would be repetitive to include in the newsletter.
